A new chapter: Retiring to focus on my other businesses
After much reflection, I have made the decision to close my bookkeeping and income tax practice. Over the past few years, my other businesses have grown into something I truly love — creative, fulfilling, and much more aligned with the kind of work and life my husband and I have built.
Because of this, I’m no longer able to give my tax and bookkeeping clients the level of service they deserve, and continuing to juggle both is no longer sustainable.
Please note: If you have not received a direct response from me confirming that I will be completing your return, I will not be doing so. Even if documents have been sent, if I have not personally acknowledged and accepted the work, you will need to make alternate arrangements with another provider. I simply no longer have the capacity to take on or finish any additional files. Unfortunately, I do not have anyone to refer you to. I’ve reached out to a number of colleagues, but most have also retired or are at full capacity.
